The above rates apply to double occupancy. Single occupancy is $10 less.

In High Season, a two-night minimum stay is required on all weekends, as well as all three-day holiday weekends throughout the year.

High Season rates apply from Memorial Day Weekend through the month of October.

All of our guest rooms have private baths and air conditioning.

Rates include a gourmet breakfast and afternoon refreshments.

An additional $20.00 is charged for an extra person sharing a room.

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit.

Deposits are refundable provided your cancellation is received 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If notice of cancellation is less than two weeks, your deposit is refundable subject to rental of room.

A 5.8% Massachusetts room tax will be added to the above rates.

The Sheffield Inn provides a smoke-free environment for its guests; therefore, smoking is not permitted indoors.
